Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The possibility of enterprises to receive a profit in the modern competitive environment determines, in the first place, by its ability to work with consumers. But it is not enough for motor transport enterprises to identify the consumers’ needs correctly for achieving success, it is necessary to realize them in the characteristics of the proposed services. Therefore the problem of identification the motor transport services’ optimal parameters is actual. The model of estimation the influence of motor transport service’s factors to the level of consumers’ satisfaction, using the planning experiment method, has been proposed in the article. |

THE SIMULATION MODELLING OF THE PROCESS OF SYSTEM UPDATING OF MOTOR TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE STRATEGY |
Author : V. Fedorova |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The simulation model of the process realization of a motor transport enterprise strategy system updating has been built with the use of the Delphi programming language in the environment of the Delphi 7 Studio development. Since the impact of casual factors is not taken into account during the realization of this process, the simulation model is of the determined character. The model has been developed in the way that the manager directly takes part in the experiments, getting the information about the particular kinds of businesses from the computer, analyzing and entering decisions, accepted on the basis of this analysis. |

METHODICAL APPROACH TO THE ESTIMATION OF QUALITY OF A MOTOR TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE BUSINESS PROCESSES |
Author : Yu. Kogut |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The methodical approach to the estimation of quality of a motor transport enterprise business processes has been developed. As opposed to existing ones, it provides determination of partial indices, which are directed to evaluation of basic descriptions of the process, satisfaction of external consumers’ requirements and influence of the off-grade functioning of analyzed process on realization of other processes. The evaluation of basic process descriptions is suggested to carry out by the indices of estimation of entrance, process and exit quality. The priority number of risks is determined as the index that characterizes criticism of off-grade process implementation consequences and is estimated on the basis of FMEA method. |

THE PROCESS OF PERSONNEL MARKETING REALIZATION AT THE ENTERPRISE |
Author : O. Kryvoruchko, O. Gladka |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The stages of the personnel marketing realization have been substantiated based on the differentiation of the two types of personnel marketing (the internal and external). It was specified that the fulfillment of works should be performed by applying the «7P” model. The process modeling is built based on the methodology IDEF0 which allows to present the personnel marketing process in the most convenient graphical way, including its main stages (such as analysis, planning, realization and control), and to map the elements of the internal and external personnel marketing complex. |

Author : О. KRYVORUCHKO, Yu. SUKACH |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The approach to choose the methods of improving business-processes is offered whose characteristic features are: substantiation of advisability of their implementation on the basis of the results of assessment and establishment of the desired level of indexes; using matrix method to graphically present the interdependence of indexes on whose basis the conclusions are formed on the necessity to improve the methods; development of recommendations on using the specific methods to improve the processes depending on the necessity to increase the indexes of their assessment. |

SUBSTANTIATION OF THE STRUCTURE OF THE ENTERPRISE POTENTIAL |
Author : I. Pypenko |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The composition of enterprise potential was specified. Its elements are split according to the system of attributes: the ability of enterprise to carry out search/redistribution of efforts to use the resources, the areas of their origin and the domains of their application. Such classification allows to correlate the varieties of potential with the categories which are close to its sense, and also to avoid divergences while identifying the levels of generalization. |

DETERMINATION OF EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISE FUNCTIONING FROM THE POSITION OF DIFFERENT STAKEHOLDERS |
Author : N. Bocharova |
Abstract | Full Text |

SUBSTANTIATION OF THE STRUCTURE OF AN ENTERPRISE POTENTIAL |
Author : I. Pypenko |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The structure of an enterprise potential has been specified by the system of features (depending on the ability of enterprises to search/redistribute the effort using the resources, their origin and scope); the elements of the enterprise potential and the relationship between them have been substantiated. The proposed structure of the potential of the enterprise is based on the necessity of taking into account industrial features of the enterprise concerning the spheres of resource application. |

IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF SERVICING PASSENGERS AT THE BUS STATIONS |
Author : O. Stogul |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The planned measures on implementation of quality management system of servicing passengers at the bus stations are resultat. The functional distribution of work is suggested in the process of accomplishment of functions of quality management system by building the chart of functional intercommunications. The chart of information flows at the bus station has been made. It provides the necessary information for all participants of the processes of servicing passengers (attending personnel of the bus stations, managers of the bus stations associations, authorities and passengers). The composition of documents at the bus stations and the recommendations as to their automation with the help of ‘Microsoft Excel’ program are defined. |
